Refund Policy

Services

  • We do not offer cash or credit card refunds for any services rendered.

  • If you are dissatisfied with a service, please notify us within 7 days of your appointment. We will do our best to address your concerns and may offer a complimentary adjustment with the same stylist, where appropriate.

  • Adjustments must be scheduled within 14 days of the original appointment.

  • We reserve the right to deny an adjustment if the service outcome was agreed upon at the time of the appointment or if the issue results from a change of mind or external factors.

 

Products

  • Products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • If a product is defective or causes an allergic reaction, please bring it back as soon as possible. We will offer an exchange or refund based on the situation.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all product returns or exchanges.

 

No-Show & Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
